THE Norwegian Nobel Institute has announced there are 237 nominees (提名) for the 2010 Nobel Peace Prize. Of them, there is one bizarre (奇怪的) nominee, the Internet. According to media reports, the Internet was nominated for promoting dialogue, debate (辩论) and consensus through communication.
