And at present, I have collected nearly 10,000 stamps from more than 120 countries and areas. I would like to apply for the Guinness World Record as the person who has collected the most stamps in the world, but I don’t know whether you can accept my application. If you do, would you please tell me about the present record details and the relevant rules ( related rules) about it so that I can prepare? Besides, I also want to know how much I should pay to make this record attempt.
