Urbana Park District Counselor in Training
Experience camp from the leader's point of view and bring your own energy and talents to the Urbana Park District's summer camp. Participate in and lead daily camp activities while helping counselors (辅导员) and children in Nature Day Camp.
You will volunteer 15~20 hours per week (3~4 days), attend weekly CIT meetings and participate in ongoing training throughout summer.
Join the excellent group of teens who gain experience and leadership skills that prepare them for future jobs. As a CIT, you make camp even more fun. Interested? Make a CIT application, available at any Park District office or online. Candidates (申请者) are selected through an application and interview process. Space is limited. Fees include camp Tshirt, all training, supervision (管理) and field trips. Payment is due on acceptance into the program. More importantly, precamp training is a must.
