There is a saying. “You are what you eat.” Good eating habits are very important to our health. In my opinion, you should pay more attention to what you eat. Remember not to eat the foods which are high in sugar and fat, for they can cause you to put on weight easily. Be sure to eat more fruit and vegetables and less meat. At the same time, you should avoid eating too much cream and chocolate. The most important thing is to keep on doing some sports every day, I think.
