Form a Good Habit
As we all know, morning hours is the best time of the day to work. But some students are often late for class because they like staying up at night and then they can’t get up on time in the next morning. Getting up late not only affects their studies but also is a bad habit. First, getting up early is a good habit. Second, the air in the morning is fresh. The fresh air and quietness in the morning can make you think more quickly than any other time of the day and memorize what you have learned easily. The reason is that you have taken a long rest during the night. Third, you can have some sports in the morning. It can help you keep healthy and make you stronger. Furthermore, getting up early can also help you to train your character. There is a saying in English, “Early to bed, and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.” In a word, getting up early can will do you a lot of good.
