It's a wellknown fact that the population of our country is growing rapidly while farmland is being lost day by day.According to the latest statistics，land for farming only makes up about 10% of the total land in our country.Worse still，a lot of land，especially farmland is used up because of the building of factories，roads，railways and houses.
We now call on all the people to save，make good use of and protect our farmland.Remember once our farmland is gone，it will be impossible to get it back，no matter how many efforts we make.
