Module 2 Grammar
① To learn English well (学好英语) is not an easy thing.
② Reading aloud（大声朗读） is a good way in learning English.
③学生学一些英语语法是必要的。（汉译英）
It’s necessary for students to learn some English grammar．
注意：1. 不定式作主语时经常表示一个具体的、将来的动作，一般受一定条件的限制；而动名词作主语则表示一个抽象的、习惯性的动作，一般不受条件的限制。
2. 不定式作主语或当主语较长的时候，一般用it作形式主语，把作主语的不定式(短语)后置。
① What I would suggest is to start work at once（立刻开始工作）.
② Her job is looking after the child（照顾这个孩子）.
③ 听到这个消息，他们非常激动。（汉译英）
They were very excited at the news．
注意：1. 不定式作表语一般表示具体的动作，特别是表示将来的动作；
2. 动名词作表语，说明主语的内容；现在分词作表语表示事物的一般性特征、性质；
3. 过去分词作表语多用来描述人的心理状态。
①She pretended not to see me (假装没看见我) when I passed by.
②我关上窗户你介意吗？（汉译英）
Would you mind my closing the window?
③ Don’t you remember seeing the man (见过那个人) before?
